I got to work once again with one of my all time favorite brides! She is so much fun to shoot, and always let's me be myself! Her sessions have always been truly one of a kind! From an engagment session on a golf course to bridal portraits in a Bar/Pool Hall! Here is a sneak peek of this fun session (this is her reception dress-- or as she likes to call it her "party dress") ! I can't wait to share more images after Annel & Jason's wedding in March 2012!

Shooting my Mother In Law... :)

Only a photographer can legally claim to have shot their mother-in-law. :) I had the pleasure of working with Barbara last month with a secret shoot to be used for decorating her husband's office! Her images turned out great and I can't wait to visit again so I can see them hanging on her walls!

Well, we are officially now a part of the amazing St. Augustine, Fl community! We have unpacked the last box, moved the last bookshelf and started learning our way around town! As a special thank you to all of the many people who have helped us with this transistion I want to offer a special invitation to our upcoming Christmas In July Event! Each session will include 1 hour of photography time, 20-30 fully edited and retouched proofs, 25 custom designed and personalized greeting cards, and 5 high resloution images on an Archival Quality DVD with a copyright release! We are pleased to announce that we will now be offering photographic services for children's birthday parties & special party packages!

Basic photographic coverage rates will start at $50/hour and include a 5x7 group photo of party group, along with an online album of all images from your party!

Special party packages available including
Princess Party Package- $35/hour + $5/per child-
Includes make-up, mini princess up-do & mini- mani or pedi for birthday girl & Mini-MakeOver (make-up & up-do) for each guest. 1-5x7 for birthday girl and 1-wallet image of the group photo for each guest (great to include in thank you cards!!) is included in party price, an individual image of each girl will be taken and available for order from your online proof album along with party candids.

Dress Up Party- $35/hour + $10/per child-

Class Of 2011 Senior Represenatives Needed!

We are still in need of a few 2011 Class Represenatives! Do you want to get a FREE portrait session plus earn huge discounts on prints and gifts? Then you may be just who we are looking for!

In order to be a senior rep for EHP, you must:

Be a senior graduating in 2011
Be an active member of your community, school, church or other orginization
Like having your photograph made
Have a fun sense of personal style
Live in Shreveport/Bossier or its surrounding cities (Benton, Haughton, Stonewall, ect)
Agree to promote Elizabeth Hermann Photography to your friends and classmates
Represent ONLY EHP and use the images from your session as your senior photos
Return a photo release signed by you and your parent/guardian

When do I shoot my free session?
Senior Rep Sessions must be completed no later than October 31, 2010

Where do I take my portraits?
You tell me! We work on location so we take advantage of natural scenery. Many of our seniors love shooting downtown, at the park, empty fields and sometimes in their own backyard or homes. Your pictures will not look like everyone else’s because you choose your own location.

Why?
We need fresh new images for our website, blog, facebook fan pages and other promotional materials. Since we need images and you need great senior portraits, why shouldn’t we work together? Also, by you telling and showing your friends your awesome photos is going to go much further than me telling them they’ll love their photos. Telling and showing your friends is a win-win for everyone.
